Construction Progress

Expected Completion: August 2025

While the building was originally scheduled to be completed this spring, the project is visibly behind. Recent updates now identify this August as the new anticipated completion date.

Moving Forward

With construction nearly complete, it’s easy to feel like the fight is over. But a building is just a building — its purpose can still change.

Cop City was built for repression. But we can reclaim it. Around the world, spaces once meant to control have been transformed by communities into places of healing, learning, and care.

This place can still serve the people. It can be a community center — for youth programs, health care, food distribution, art, and more.

We’re not just resisting. We’re reimagining. And the future is still ours to shape.
